Product availability and repair
Starcom attempts to maintain reasonable stock of most items with deliveries generally from stock to eight weeks after receipt of order.
Units requiring repair should be returned to the factory with the shipping charges prepaid. On items within the terms of the warranty, repairs will be returned to the customer with the shipping charges prepaid. Out of warranty repairs will be made at reasonable charges. If such charges are 50% or more of the cost of the item, no repairs will be made unless charges are approved by the customer. Shipping charges will be prepaid and billed along with the repair charges.
All prices are F.O.B. Boca Raton, Florida. Terms of payment are Net 30 days on approved accounts. F.O.B. terms are prepay and bill.
Only Florida companies need to remit sales tax, currently 6%.

Starcom warrants that each unit of equipment shall be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period of one year from date of shipment. Starcom's liability under the above warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at Starcom's option, of any such equipment within the warranty period, provided:
Starcom's liability for breach of the above limited warranty for each unit of equipment shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the unit. The foregoing warranties are in lieu of all other warranties and of all obligations or liabilities on the part of Starcom for damages, including indirect or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the equipment.
